Introduction

Base systems management and provisioning, at any scale, requires three things:

• Firmware configuration and provisioning
• Storage configuration
• Operating System deployment

For example, I recently built a gaming system. During this process, I flashed and configured the computers BIOS and NIC firmwares using the appropriate vendor packages
